WE ARE OPEN FOR YOGA & FITNESS CLASSES!

Due to the rise in Covid:

We want to remind everyone to stay home if you are not feeling well. In addition, if you have come in contact with anyone that may have Covid please air on the side of caution and use the virtual class option instead of in studios for at least 7 days.

We appreciate each and every one of you and if we all do our part; we can help keep each other safe through the holiday season.

Remember to keep moving and use the time in class to release worry and tension stress takes a toll on the immune system and we need extra strong immunity this season. So, don’t forget to sign up for classes in studio or virtually, continue support small local businesses during this time.

Reminder:

• You can sign up for classes up to the start of class.

• In studio cancellation is 2 hours before start of class.

• If you sign up for class and do not cancel that class credit will count as if you took class.

• If you are signed up for class and the studio closes due to weather all in studio moves to virtual.

Be sure to check the key code that indicates if class is in-person, virtual or both. 

The studio doors are open with reduced class sizes and a few changes to be sure that everyone is safe. Virtual classes will still be offered during the same time as the studio classes with a few virtual only options.

* There will be no equipment available at this time so you will need to bring a mat and any other equipment you would use to participate during class (blocks, blanket, eye pillow, strap).

* Your temperature will be taken upon arrival at the studio (temperature 100 or over will not be permitted in the studio, but more then welcome to join the class virtually).

* There will be no touch hand sanitizer that will be available for you to use before and after signing in for class.

* A mask is required upon entry and exit of the studio, during class a mask will be optional ONLY when in your mat space but must have with you at all times and if stepping out of your mat space you must put your mask on. 

* If you are not feeling well please stay home and enjoy classes virtually. 

* Please respect fellow yogis as you prepare for class.

* The studio will be marked out with indicators for your mat to ensure 6' apart and maintain physical distancing.

*  Fans have been added to the studio to increase ventilation.

* We ask that you do not enter the studio until the previous class leaves. The blind on the door will be lowered if class is in session and lifted at the end of class.

* To keep everyone safe and healthy we will be sanitizing the studio in between classes with a CDC approved sanitizing.

*  You must sign up for class. Virtual and in person class options will be available starting July. 

 * Beginning August 1st class cards will be active again, donations for classes will be accepted through July 31st. 

 * As we are excited to get back and practice in person we are taking precautions to ensure we stay safe and healthy but we all have to do our part and make that happen. Can't wait to see you in person or on zoom!

Mind & Body 

These classes unite the mind, body and heart into one comprehensive unit to give you the ability to surrender, let go and find relaxation and explore your inner strength. We offer All-Level yoga and yoga 101 classes that offers a wide range of movement to find to perfect stretch/surrender & balance. Mid-Week stretch that helps you balance out your week; finding the stillness and release to restore the mind & body for the rest of the week. And Yin is a meditative class that allows one to settle into each offered pose that will let the muscle release and stretch the connective tissue for fluidity in the joints.

Body & Mind

These classes build strength, stamina, and relaxation. We offer Yoga Pump which is inspired by Sadie Nardini's Yoga Shred. This class is a HIIT style class using yoga poses moving through 20 seconds on; 10 seconds of rest and gives you opportunity to work on body mechanics during early rounds and dig deeper in later rounds. Yoga Pump hits every aspect of your physical fitness, while creating mindfulness and awareness of your body. It combines strength, flexibility, balance, power, endurance, agility & coordination. Our flow classes let you explore yoga asanas and explore your limits either within your comfort zone or just outside your comfort zone. We use a combination of breathe and movement to flow and continuously transition through asanas. You will use yoga movement and stillness within asanas to build strength, flexibility and relaxation in our flow classes. 

Yoga Classes start @ $12 drop-in. Class cards are available: $30 Introductory 5-class card; 

$45 5-class card; $70 for 10-class card. Class cards are not valid on workshops or special events.
