Welcome To Relax Mind & Body
We believe wellness isn't about extremes—it's about balance, consistency and community. At our studio, strength is built alongside stillness, challenge is paired with recovery, and movement becomes a practice that supports you both inside and outside the studio.
Our approach blends yoga, Pilates, strength training, mobility, and restorative practices to help you move with confidence, resilience, and intention. Every class is thoughtfully designed to improve how you move, feel, and live—not just how you perform.
What makes us different is our belief that fitness and mindfulness belong together. We celebrate progress over perfection, consistency over intensity, and community over competition. If you are looking to build strength, flexibility, movement, stillness, or just escape the chaos of life; you'll find a welcoming space where every body is respected and every journey is supported.
This is more than a place to work out; it is a community; a place to reconnect with yourself, build lasting resilience, and discover the power of moving with purpose.
* You will need to bring a mat; all other equipment is available at the studio.
* Please respect fellow yogis as you prepare for class.
* Remember to remove shoes upon entry of studio and silence your cell phones.
* Class cancellation MUST be done no less than 60 minutes before the start of class time; you lose the class credit if you do not cancel yourself out of class, If you have a monthly membership there will be a day deducted from the expiration date if you do not cancel yourself out of class. Phone calls and emails are not acceptable for class cancellations.
Virtual classes are offered at the same time as studio classes; unless otherwise noted on the schedule.*
MIND & BODY
These classes unite the mind, body and heart into one comprehensive unit to give you the ability to surrender, let go and find relaxation, balance and your inner strength. We offer All-Level yoga, easy stretch, yin yoga and slow flow style classes. The studio offers classes with a wide range of movement to find to perfect stretch/surrender, movement & balance.
We offer a donation based meditation class month. You are guided through a visualization, breath and sound for a journey through calm, peace and relaxation.

BODY & MIND
These classes build strength, stamina, and relaxation. We offer Fit45 which is inspired by Sadie Nardini’s Yoga Shred. This is a HIIT style class using yoga poses moving through 20 seconds or movement; 10 seconds of rest and gives you opportunity to work on body mechanics during early rounds and dig deeper in later rounds. Fit45 hits every aspect of your physical fitness, flexibility, balance, power, endurance, agility & coordination. Our flow classes let you explore yoga asanas and explore your limits either within your comfort zone or just outside of it. Fit Stix is a Pound inspired class that builds endurance and strength while drumming along to fun, energetic music. Core classes working deep core muscles, glutes and improves posture, balance, stability and strengthen the deeper core line.

Yoga Classes start @ $15 drop-in.
Class cards are available: New students $15 for 1-week unlimited classes;
$50 5-class card; $85 for 10-class card; $90 Monthly Unlimited. -
$2 processing fee applies to all credit card purchases over $80.
Class cards are not valid on workshops or special events.
