VIRTUAL SCHEDULE

Thank you for your patients as we worked out a virtual schedule. We may look to add classes depending on the length of the shutdown.

Go to schedulebliss.com to sign up for classes. When you sign up for class use the virtual donation or the donation class option NOT your class card. This will put a $0.00 amount in your card and finalize your purchase.

Once you sign up (finalize your purchase) for a class an email with the code to enter the zoom class will be sent to you. Click on the link before class (you can sign in 20 minutes before the class time. to make sure everything works as class should start right on time)

Donations are being accepted for classes through paypal or venmo during this time. Donations will help keep the studio going during this unique time.

Donations can be make as one payment or you can pay per class. If you are unable during this time to make a donation please do not hesitate to take classes. It is important to stay active and find ways to release stress during this time. Releasing stress helps keep your immune system strong.

STUDIO UPDATE DURING VIRUS

Due to social distancing and the spread of the virus now being positive in our community it is with a heavy heart to cancel classes until further notice. Keep checking back as the date to reopen is subject to change.

Be mindful that stress can put a strain on you immune system. Even if it is just a few minutes a day; find a quiet place with NO T.V, Cell phone or computer on and focus on your breath. Count your inhale and make your exhale the same length.   

Inhale in 1 - 2 - 3 - 4

Exhale out 1 - 2 - 3 - 4

Adjust the number shorter or longer so that your breath is smooth and equal. Do this for at least 3 breaths (longer if you can) and then return your breath to natural inhales and exhales. 

Fun Fact. Doing this breathing technique takes approximately 20 seconds. The same amount of time it takes to wash your hands.

Mind & Body 

These classes unite the mind, body and heart into one comprehensive unit to give you the ability to surrender, let go and find relaxation and explore your inner strength. We offer All-Level yoga and yoga 101 classes that offers a wide range of movement to find to perfect stretch/surrender & balance. Mid-Week stretch that helps you balance out your week; finding the stillness and release to restore the mind & body for the rest of the week. And Yin is a meditative class that allows one to settle into each offered pose that will let the muscle release and stretch the connective tissue for fluidity in the joints.

Body & Mind

These classes build strength, stamina, and relaxation. We offer Yoga Pump which is inspired by Sadie Nardini's Yoga Shred. This class is a HIIT style class using yoga poses moving through 20 seconds on; 10 seconds of rest and gives you opportunity to work on body mechanics during early rounds and dig deeper in later rounds. Yoga Pump hits every aspect of your physical fitness, while creating mindfulness and awareness of your body. It combines strength, flexibility, balance, power, endurance, agility & coordination. Our flow classes let you explore yoga asanas and explore your limits either within your comfort zone or just outside your comfort zone. We use a combination of breathe and movement to flow and continuously transition through asanas. You will use yoga movement and stillness within asanas to build strength, flexibility and relaxation in our flow classes. 

Yoga Classes start @ $12 drop-in. Class cards are available: $30 Introductory 5-class card; 

$45 5-class card; $70 for 10-class card. Class cards are not valid on workshops or special events.
