ALL LEVEL YOGA

This class offers a focus on alignment, exploration of movement, breathe and relaxation. You are able to explore your edge and challenge yourself to find stillness within the pose. Modifications are offered so this class is beginner friendly. 60-70 minute class.

CORE FIT

This class is inspired by a fusion of  Pilate, Barre and Yoga. We work deep core muscles, glutes and entire body to help improve posture, balance, stability and strengthen the deeper core line.  This is an all-level class; beginner friendly.  45 minutes.

EASY STRETCH

This class is designed for senior students new to yoga. We focus on gentle stretches to help keep muscles flexible and mobility. Balance poses to help find stability and confidence. And movement to help ease arthritis discomfort.  Chairs are available in this class.

60-70 minute class.


EASY FIT

Low Intensity core balance class help improve stability and create a strong core through movement. Improves posture, balance, and mobility. 

FIT45

This class is inspired by Sadie Nardini's Yoga Shred. Starting with Salutation warm-up then using movement within yoga postures with a 20 seconds on 10 second rest timing for 8 rounds. Then we close with a cool down and surrender in savasana. This will create endurance, strength and flexibility. Leaving the class refreshed, revived and relaxed. No sneakers required; water is!

45-50 minute class. 

YIN YOGA

Yin is a slower paced style with postures that are held for a longer period of time. Yin style helps to keep fluidity and movement within the joints, while letting you relax and surrender into the pose.  Props are used to help you find quiet and relaxation within the pose. 

75 minute class.


YIN~YOGA FUSION

This is an all level class. It focuses on mindful movement with an emphasis on form and function of and within each pose, while gently holding poses.  Modifications are offered so this class is beginner friendly. 60-70 minute class. 

FIT STIX

Rock out while you workout. Build strength and endurance while drumming along to great music; amazing fun.. No experience necessary. Class is beginner friendly.  45 minute class. 

CHAIR YOGA

Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Chair yoga classes are  typically geared towards  those with mobility limitations and those that find getting up and down on a yoga mat in a traditional yoga class challenging. Modifications are offered so this class is beginner friendly. 60 minute class.


CORE STABILITY

This is an all level class that is based on Pilates and Barre style class. Build strength and stability within the core line of the body. It helps with posture, balance, strength in core and spine. No experience necessary. Class is beginner friendly. 45 minute class. 

ZUMBA

This dance class features high- and low-intensity intervals that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance, coordination, agility, and to some degree, strength through the application of beginner-accessible choreography.

50-60 minute class. 

POWER YOGA

This yoga flow class is a 45 minute session that moves through poses in a continuous flow and connecting movement with breath. It tones the body while strengthening endurance, balance and introducing calm and relaxation throughout the body.  

This class is suitable for those with at least some experience with a yoga practice

Flow is a style that incorporates energetic movement through a sequence of poses to experience a sense of fluid physical movement that connects movement and breath to create a sense of fluidity, strength, ease while releasing tension and stress. 

This class is suitable for those with at least some experience with a yoga practice.
