Customized Therapeutic Massage During a session the therapist will use a combination of techniques to help relieve pain and reduce stress and anxiety. Session can range from 30 minutes to work on a specific area, 60 minute full body or 90 minute full body with extra attention spent on specific problem areas and 120 minutes for complete relaxation and more time using therapeutic techniques on prolem areas/ 30 Minute - $50 Plus Tax; 60 Minute - $80.00 Plus Tax; 75 Minute - $95 Plus Tax; 90 Minute - $110 Plus Tax; 120 Minute - $160 Plus Tax;
Reiki An ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. The therapist uses light touch to help mover energy along in the body. A healing system which accesses universal life force energy. This energy that flows through us. Reiki balances the body, mind and spirit. $80 Plus Tax
Cupping Massage Cupping therapy is an ancient healing technique and used in massage therapy to help relieve pain and tension in the body. Thetherapist uses cups that are placed on the body and use suction to lift soft tissue and encourage blood flow. $90 Plus Tax
Somatic Release Somatic release involves a holistic approach to healing, focusing on the mind-body connection to facilitate the release of tension and trauma stored within the body. The therapist uses a technique that combines soft movement, gentle floating motion to encourage range of motion, and a using breathe and sensation to reintroduce a connection between mind and body. $80 Plus Tax
Decollete Massage & Reiki - 60 Minute Session Decollete (head, neck and shoulder area) massage reduces your stress by regulating your stress hormones and also keeps your muscles relaxed for physical relaxation. Signs of aging like wrinkles and sagging skin occur due to the loss of collagen and elastin protein in your skin as you age. The therapist will begin with a facial massage that includes the sinus, head, neck and shoulders before moving into the energetic therapy of Reiki. Therapeutic Massage & Reiki - 90 Minute Session The therapist will use a combination of a therapeutic massage with concentration on problem areas then moving into the stress reduction technique of Reiki to balance the body, mind and spirit. $110 Plus Tax
Thai Massage - 75 Minute Thai massage, also known as the Laxy an's Yoga, is a traditional therapy combining acupressure, compressions , yoga and assisted stretching. It will be practiced on a mat on the floor, fully clothed. It ains to balance the body's energy as it works with the sen energy lines. By using mindful stretching, pulling and rocking tecniues it improves circulation, relieves tension and promotes overall well-being. $150 Plus Tax
